Josh Carmody

Josh grew up in Leongatha & Tarwin Lower, playing local football for Tarwin. Josh is very familiar with the local area. He has gained experience in the construction and farming industries where he developed a very strong work ethic and pays particular attention to detail.

Getting into Real Estate was an easy decision with a long aspiration to change from the construction industry. With everything 2020 has thrown at him he saw it as the perfect opportunity for the change. Josh wants to expand his skillset to be able to help people sell or purchase their homes in the area. He aims to make the process as stress free as possible.

Josh prides himself on constantly striving to improve and with the ability to develop a genuine relationship with clients, he hopes to one day become the best in the local Real Estate Industry. “If you’re not aiming for the top, you’re not aiming high enough.” Josh understands that it takes time to develop and looks forward to honing his skills with the Ray White team at Inverloch.

Outside of work Josh enjoys running his online business, attending local markets and spending time with his partner and his dog Maverick.
