Providing support to Rental Department Manager, Cassandra Hutchings, Rachel is a driven and results-focused agent with outstanding communication skills. Working across the rental portfolio at our Willamstown office, she’s involved with all aspects of property management – from conducting appraisals to matching tenants with properties, managing leases and coordinating maintenance and repairs.

Whether she’s liaising with landlords, tenants or tradespeople, Rachel’s personable style and great listening skills allow her to build rapport quickly and understand the client’s needs. She has a strong and varied background in customer service which sees her able to work well under pressure in different environments and juggle multiple competing tasks with ease.
