Every day I pinch myself, thinking of where I've come from and how great this industry has been to me. I'm at the pointy end of the business now. I’ve triumphed over some big challenges in my past and I’m ready to take the future by the horns and genuinely make a difference.

Michelle Winckle and I know what sells houses – and we know, that within our own brand, we are free to perfect our selling strategies, to go beyond the norm and create some real excitement. That can only mean even better outcomes for our vendors, and nothing is more important than that.
