Peter and his wife, Janelle relocated to the Central Coast from Bathurst in 2001, making their home in Bateau Bay.

Peter’s interests include running, golf, fishing and walking his dogs. He loves the beach, and overall just loves the lifestyle of the coast.

When/where were you born?
July 1968. I was that keen to meet my mum
and Dad that I was born at home on the bed in
Bathurst before mum made it to hospital.

Where did you grow up?
Raised in Bathurst practically all my life, but when
it comes to growing up, well, I don’t think I ever
will. I’m a kid at heart.

When did you start in Real Estate?
Approx 1990, first commencing in
Property Management for several years.

What inspires you?
Champions in their field, and generally waking up
each day and appreciating how lucky I am to be alive.

What is your proudest accomplishment?
Several standout, most importantly my two children, my first listing and sale in real estate, winning a grand final in football, landing my first big fish and scoring a hole in one in golf (nearly).

Future aspirations?
To be a ‘world famous’ real estate agent, but more importantly,
be the best in my field and deliver total customer satisfaction.
Retiring tomorrow would also be nice.

What does world famous mean to you?
Being recognized and remembered by all, no
matter which part of the world that may be. Oh,
and also lots of autographs, free dinners, free
accommodation and lots of gorgeous women
(wife included) wanting to associate with you.

Hobbies or interests?
Golf, walking my dogs, fishing, watching any kind
of sport and anything real estate.

Do you have a favorite moment from Property
Central?
Everyday is a favourite day for me. Helping
buyers attain the home they want and sellers
accomplish the outcome they need each time,
no matter how big or how small the transaction
may be.

Chicken and chocolates (not mixed together)
– anything chicken for main meal, anything
chocolate for dessert.
