Virginia Casey

I have held my sales licence for fifteen years and my Property Management licence for five. I helped establish the Property Management department, and take pride in the fact that we still have most of these landlords with us today. I believe in establishing honest, reliable relationships with both my landlords and tenants and giving a service that exceeds their expectations. I believe in rewarding tenants for looking after their rental property and have introduced an incentive called "Tenant of the month". A gift basket is given to the tenant who we feel exceeds their obligations. In the past I have organised "Landlords day" where we welcomed our landlords to a company barbecue. I enjoy my work and feel this shows through in my performance.
