Richard Lyster

Prior to joining the real estate Richard was working in the resources industry and for the last 12 years has worked in the north west of the state. Richard grew up in Manjimup, helping his parent’s run an apple orchard which they still have today.

He has made the transition to real estate to fulfil a long held desire to enter the industry. He believes his work ethic, enthusiasm and commitment to his client’s success are the requirements for his long term success in the industry.

As a property owner in Bayswater, Richard knows the local area intimately and believes Bayswater to be one of Perth’s “go to” suburbs of the future.
