Pam has spent 32 years of her life in real estate, 10 in Melbourne and 22 in Perth. Pam has held a real estate agents licence in both Victoria and Western Australia and together with husband Jon Adams started Mair & Co North Perth in 1987 which they later changed to Woodville Property. From Melbourne straight to Mt Lawley and wow how the suburb has changed in those 22 years, from a suburb with 1 restaurant and 2 cafes to the shopping and eating mecca that it is today.
