As managing director of CLK for more than 35 years, Gary is competitive by nature and understands what it takes to be successful in the real estate game. As the fifth generation member of his family to hold a directorship in the Charles L King and Co company, Gary is acutely aware of the importance of longevity and loyalty in real estate.

Gary has studied accounting and business management at a tertiary level and is an Associate member of the Real Estate Institute of Australia.

He is also a member of the Real Estate and Valuer Association of NSW and specialises in commercial and residential sales and is one of our most senior auctioneers.

Gary is highly regarded as the local property expert and delivering the highest possible sale price is a constant driving force and a matter of professional pride. He understands the importance of running a successful business and knows one of the most important facets is the ‘people’ that are involved with you. He is proud that CLK has not just ‘good’ people but ‘great’ people who all strive to offer great service to all clients.

In his spare time, Gary enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time with his wife Robyn and three grown up daughters.

Echuca/Moama is a great place to live and work which is why Rowena has chosen to call it home. A long time local, Rowena has built a solid foundation of clients in the community through her professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to always put her clients needs first.

After completing a Business Degree, travelling overseas, working for Tabcorp and in Hotel Management, Rowena decided to enter into a career that has been her passion. Starting in Melbourne and Wagga Wagga before coming home to Echuca, real estate offered the opportunity to leverage her know-how and experience to continually exceed her client’s expectations. Rowena’s easy going personality and good humour has enabled her a long and enjoyable career in the local real estate market.

Active in the community through her involvement in various clubs and organisations, Rowena says she values the commitment and personalities that she continually meets of the volunteers that run the sporting clubs and school committees that she is actively involved in.

In her free time, Rowena enjoys spending time with her son Ned and driving him to all his sporting commitments. Rowena loves to socialise with friends, whether its long walks in the mornings, breakfast dates or a night out enjoying a quiet Gin. Enjoying time with friends and family is something Rowena does not take for granted so continually sells her love of Echuca/Moama so others get to enjoy the area she calls home.
