The brick house is set on a concrete slab and the builder must have done an exceptional job, as we could not find a single crack. The kitchen and main bathroom have been updated in recent years and there are 2 reverse cycle split system air-conditioners which help keep the whole house warm in winter and cool in summer. There's ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and main living area too, which features soaring cathedral ceilings.
There's a lovely private backyard, securely fenced for children and pets and of course the big shed is immaculate too.

As you can see from the photos, the house and gardens are neat as a pin. What you can't see is the warm, 'homey' feel of this property. When you visit in person you might not want to leave!
