Born and raised in Ardmona to a farming family, Kelvin has worked across a diverse range of industries including agriculture, horticulture, automotive, media and publishing, moving to Kevin Hicks Real Estate in 2020.

Outside of work, Kelvin enjoys a fit and healthy lifestyle, is interested in cycling, politics, sport, and the company of family and friends. Kelvin and Jill have been married for 32 years, and have four adult children, Joshua, Benjamin, Bridget and Charlie – plus Billie the Labrador.

Kelvin works across commercial, residential and lifestyle properties as well as taking a particular interest in business broking.

Chris Drum has been involved in Real Estate since the year 2000. He joined Kevin Hicks Real Estate in 2006. He has worked his way through the role of Property Manager and now is in both Residential and Rural sales.

Chris enjoys dealing with people from all walks of life which makes his job pleasant and fulfilling. In recent years he has been selling numerous properties along the Murray as well. Chris is very familiar with the Goulburn Valley- Murray Valley region and its people because it’s where he grew up.

Chris is married to local girl Trish and they have four adult children: Heath, Jarrod, Brooke and Marcus.

Heath and Brooke live and work in Shepparton. Jarrod lives and works in Bendigo and Marcus lives and works in Melbourne, his job is with the AFL players association.

Chris was a prominent local footballer playing 284 games with Congupna Football Club and coaching Lalbert (Central Murray League) and Congupna. He has held many positions at Congupna including Club President for sixteen years and has also been a board member of the Murray Football League for twenty years and currently is Vice President of the League.

Aside from Real Estate (and football) Chris is keen on fishing, camping and spending time with the family. He also carries on the family’s strong ties to Congupna, being President of the Community Hall Committee.
