Kitchen with microwave (no dishwasher), lounge with TV and CD player leading out to rear deck with gas BBQ and outdoor seating. Parents retreat with sitting room with TV and DVD and ensuite.

Bedding: Bed 1 - one king which can convert to two king singles, Bed 2 - two single beds, Bed 3 - one single and trundle which can convert to one queen, Bed 4 - one single and trundle which can convert to one double.
