Boat House Villas are luxury, contemporary two storey villas, fully self contained, in the heart of Barwon Heads, just off the main street, minutes walk to river, beach, restaurants, supermarket, cafes, specialty shops, and all Barwon Heads has to offer.

Each Villa has 3 bedrooms one queen bedroom with its own garden courtyard and ensuite, including spa on the ground floor. Another two bedrooms are situated upstairs, both queen doubles with their own full bathroom. The kitchen dining living areas are on the ground floor and overlook a north facing deck, garden with bbq and outdoor table & chairs. The villas are set in a native garden setting. The villas are specifically designed as accommodation for adults only, check other properties on our website for family accommodation.

Boat House Villas have air conditioning and have ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms, log fires to living areas, electric heating to bedrooms, all electric kitchen with dishwasher, and are fully equipped with crockery and cutlery for your stay. 80cm digital television with dvd to main living area, small tv & dvd to main bedrooms, stereo in living area. The villas have an extensive library of current magazines, books, dvd's, cd's, games, fishing lines for your enjoyment. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine is provided. Tastefully furnished and fitted out, the villas have everything you need for your holiday enjoyment. These are new, quality villas in the heart of Barwon Heads.
