Rachel has had over 20 years experience working in the hospitality industry. She was employed for 18 years with Greyhound Racing South Australia and looked after the day to day running of the busy McQueens Tavern. She enjoys working with people and has always got job satisfaction from meeting different people and giving exceptional customer service.

Rachel has always been interested in real estate and has slowly been renovating her forever family home in Glenelg East. She has spent many hours and weekends on real estate websites, attending home opens and visiting new display homes. While off work raising a family Rachel decided to complete Property Renovating, Developing and Investment courses through TAFE for her own property investment ambitions. It was then that she made the decision to change careers and merge her love of customer service with real estate. She obtained her Property Management Licence and looks forward to a long career in real estate. Rachel’s dream is to become a property investor herself with her own property portfolio in the future.

In her spare time when she’s not on real estate websites she enjoys running, good coffee and spending time with her family.

After a brief stint in teaching, John realised that real estate was where his true passion lay. John's dream of becoming a real estate agent began in late 1999 and he has thrived ever since. His first full year in 2000 saw John be nominated for Rookie of the Year, and in 2001 he won the Best Market Share Award. In 2002 John was awarded the No. 1 Salesperson SA award for Jan-June, won the Best Market Share Award again, and was ranked in the top 2% of salespeople within the national franchise group he was then working for.

Also during 2002, John took on further study to attain his full real estate licence.

In 2005 John joined an internationally renowned real estate group and again rose to the very top level. He won many No. 1 Salesperson awards for various months and quarters, attained National Top 10 status out of approximately 1000 agents in Australia, and achieved the level of Platinum Club for excellence in sales, and also achieved Hall of Fame status. It was also during his 7 years here that John learnt, developed, and mastered his creative marketing and management skills.

In 2007 John undertook and successfully completed the 'Conduct Property Sale by Auction' and also 'Real Estate Auction School', a Nationally Accredited Course in association with the HIA conducted at the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers (SA). Since that time John has conducted many successful auctions both for his own clients and also other real estate agents.

Then in 2013, John continued his real estate vision with the opening of CULLEN Real Estate. This boutique agency combines a focus on insightful partnerships, the ability for dynamic, high impact, very effective and creative marketing, and an unparalleled passion and enthusiasm for property and people.

John is a member of both the Real Institute of SA (MREI) and also the Society of Auctioneers and Appraisers (SA) Incorporated (MSAA).
