Managing Director
With a hard-earned reputation for honesty, integrity, and professionalism, Andrew is proud to call this very special part of Australia home.
Born and raised in the area, Andrew is an active community member – from the football field to the tennis court, having been president for eight years and a life member of the Cobram Lawn Tennis Club.
Together with his wife Paula, Andrew decided the region offered an idyllic lifestyle and is the perfect place to raise two young children, live, work and play.
Real Estate runs in Andrew’s veins… having worked alongside his father Neil Kerr in the family business since 1992, initially in a role in Property Management, then moving into the Sales area, then as a Director of Neil Kerr First National to his current role as Managing Director of Kerr Real Estate since purchasing the business in 2012.
With a hard won reputation, Andrew maintains he enjoys the industry as much today as he did when he started working in the rental department all those years ago.
The Kerr philosophy has always been that ‘our success is measured by the happiness and loyalty of our clients’ – with many repeat sellers, buyers, landlords and a long list of clients who have become life-long friends along the way – Andrew and his team is evidently getting something very right!
