Kim arrived in Australia from New Zealand two decades ago, and headed straight for one of Australia's most iconic tourist destinations, Ayers Rock. There she spent the next 7 years honing her skills in hospitality, working in a variety of positions including a season doing coach tours between Darwin and Perth.

Moving to Adelaide, Kim took up a middle management position within the Hotel Industry. With years of high level customer service experience under her belt, Kim's reputation for exceptional customer service preceded her so after completing her 'Certificate in Residential Property Management' she was invited to join the award winning team at CULLEN Real Estate.

Kim is driven to continually exceed expectations. Her emphasis on regular communication with tenants and landlords, keeping everyone informed on all aspects of property management from tenant selection, maintenance requirements, inspections, and enquiries, is second to none.

Kim understands a landlord's desire to have their investment properties cared for by tenants as if it were their own. She empowers landlords and tenants to know that any query will be dealt with in a professional, efficient way, all the while enjoying the customer contact within a busy and varied work environment.
