The home is situated 2 hours drive from Sydney and only few minutes from the historic town of Berry.

Local Attractions
The house is surrounded by landscaped gardens and wide verandas. On occasion it is visited by local wombats, rabbits and a huge array of birdlife. Particularly the native finches add colour and sound to a relaxing afternoon in the hammocks.
Featuring rolling hills and magnificent stands of Eucalypt and Turpentine trees. The view from the balcony takes in the beautiful escarpment, neighbouring pasture, bush land and a dam.
If you can leave the relaxing surrounds of 'Turpentines' there is plenty of attractions nearby. The town of Berry is a 5 minute drive offering antique shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Driving 30 - 40 minutes will bring you in reach of the white sands of Jervis bay, 3 golf courses, breathtaking scenery on the escarpment and many walks in the native forests that surround the property.
