Pleasantly refurbished throughout and ready for you to enjoy the best of times with your family and friends! There's quite a selection of large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. We love the bbq hut and the 'outback shack' in the big backyard. It even has a bar inside, great for entertaining or additional sleeping quarters...we can send you some photos. It has an awesome triple garage with plenty of space (and clearance) for your big boat, other adventure toys or important equipment!

And of course, the location is fabulous! A nice quiet street with no through traffic. You can stroll down to the shores of Lake Eildon or be on the nearby boat ramp in a minute or two. We can't forget about the fabulous Bonnie Doon Hotel also just a few minutes' walk away. We can't guarantee how long it will take you to walk home after some delicious food and nice cold beverages though!
In winter you can be on the slopes of Mt Buller or Mt Stirling well within the hour, and when you're stuck in town you can take advantage of the booming holiday rental market. Let us know if you want any more information about the income potential.
