There's reverse cycle air-conditioning units upstairs and downstairs so everyone will be comfortable...when they finally come indoors!

The concrete boat ramps are just across the road. The booming town of Mansfield is about 15 minutes drive en-route to Mt Buller and Melbourne is 2 hours or so in the other direction, but you won't be rushing back there in a hurry!
