Passionate about family, friends, Warrnambool as the most liveable city and helping others get to where they want to go through selling and buying real estate. Nigel is also former Australian rules footballer who played with Geelong and Melbourne in the Victorian Football League. Originally from Geelong Football League club Lara, Kol made his senior VFL debut for Geelong in the 1983 VFL season, one of them with his identical twin brother Michael.

James Wright has been working at Ludeman Real Estate for over 4 years. He has spent most of his life studying, finishing year 12 at Warrnambool College High School and playing local sport here in Warrnambool including junior football and Hockey representing in both forms of sport at interleague level. He drifted up north to Townsville for a year in the sun and playing football before returning Home.
