Tintern

Tintern is an excellent example of a spacious, elegant Federation period (c.1910) weatherboard house. It features many characteristic architectural details and is set in a lovely mature garden of about 1200 sq metres. The house is in excellent condition throughout and has recently been completely redecorated and recarpeted internally and is fully equipped with smart furniture, quality manchester and all the appliances you would need.

Tintern has four lovely, freshly decorated bedrooms, two with double beds and two with queen sized beds - the largest bedroom also has a king single bed. The spacious lounge room comes complete with digital TV, DVD player and hi-fi system and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a dining table for eight people. There are also two modern bathrooms.

From the elevated front veranda you can relax with a drink and watch the mountains to the North. In the back garden, by the pergola covered with wisteria, there is a lovely nine piece outdoor table setting and a gas barbecue for your use.

Relax with a walk in the delightful garden, which has hundreds of different plants and trees for you to admire.

The property is only about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Berry where you can visit many interesting shops and relax at cafes and restaurants. Seven Mile Beach is just 15 minutes away by car and you can easily explore the sights in the Southern Highlands and the Shoalhaven.
