Conditions:- To be let exclusively for families. All weddings, parties, caterers etc. prohibited. Only 12 people to be present at any time. You will be required to sign an undertaking upon acceptance of keys and bond of $1000 held (Credit card info. may be left).

General Conditions.
Please Note - Current prices are valid until 31 January. New pricing applies from 1 February each year. Advanced bookings are charged at the new rates.
Minimum 2 night stay throughout the year except Peak periods which are weekly. Long-weekend - 3 night minimum.
Prices quoted are Australian Dollars per Week/night .. Credit Card facilities available.

ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO OWNER CONFIRMATION

All houses have fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms - some have dishwashers and microwaves as specified.
Please note: any breakages must be paid for by tenant.
Bring own linen-towels and paper goods unless otherwise advised. Please double check upon booking.
NO PETS are allowed unless otherwise stated and then only Small Dogs. If you bring a pet of any description to a 'NO PETS' house you will be asked to leave. Ask us for a list of Dog-friendly houses.
