Long time Noosa local Rachel Sellman (nee Clout) has joined the Noosa Heads sales team.

After seven years working in the local real estate industry across various roles including sales administration, permanent rentals, holiday rentals and personal assistant, Rachel has now launched her sales career.

“I have always wanted to sell real estate, but after purchasing an investment property in Sunshine Beach at a young age, I decided to gain as much experience and knowledge before stepping into the roll,” she says.

Rachel has property in the blood, with many family members involved in the industry.

“Growing up with designers, builders and developers in the Clout family, I have not only had an interest in the real estate market, but a love and passion for property as well,” she says.
