This is a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. This property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living areas and can sleep up to 8 guests.
Enjoy the tranquil surrounds with the gentle sound of the surf at your front door and the native animals wondering the rolling hills just out your backdoor. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos in the morning and evening, numerous native birds, foxes, hares and rabbits.
Keep a keen eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoon and if you are really lucky and at the right time of the season you may spot a whale in the bay.
Upstairs is where you will find the main living area, with a near floor to ceiling large window on the ocean side, making for beautiful views and amazing sunsets, also allowing an abundance of light flood the home. Tastefully decorated kitchen with all mod cons, island bench, coffee machine & ample storage, Lounge area complete with a large flat screen tv & direct access to balcony. 3 bedrooms located upstairs & 1 full bathroom; all bedrooms complete with ceiling fans & the beautiful master comprises of a king size bed & tv.
Downstairs you will find a fully self-contained area comprising of a full open plan kitchen, 4th bedroom & 2nd bathroom.
Fully fenced rear yard (back yard is currently under renovations) will give you peace of mind whilst enjoying a drink and nibbles watching the kids play and the dogs roam securely.
Please note this house has an external staircase to get from one level to the next.

LINEN:Sheets & towels are NOT provided, guests must supply their own, OR Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)

Top & bottom sheets, pillow cases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer & t-towel
