Starting his Real Estate career in 1992, Marcus has experience in all facets of running an estate agency. First employed in a general office/clerical position then moving into Property Management, and at the end of 1993 moving into sales. In 1995 Marcus purchased the offices in Bacchus Marsh and Ballan and in 1997 changed the name to Rayner Real Estate to more accurately reflect his family’s involvement in the organisation. When not at work, Marcus likes to spend time at home with his family or likes to attend Harness Racing in which he has a particular interest.
