'Under Instructions From The Mortgagee'
Auction 06 Mar 2020
The Mortgagee has taken possession of this property and we have very clear instructions to secure a sale at Auction.
Although looking a little tired now, this home, with a bit of effort, could be turned into the lovely example of the family home, it once was. (If you go onto realestate.com.au, select sold and type in this address, you'll see what it could look like with ease).
Offering 3 bedrooms, each with fans and built-in robes, there's ample storage for every member of the family. The bathroom looks like it was updated about 10 years ago and the large, eat-in kitchen, complete with walk-in pantry, is more than adequate for the chef of the family.
The home also features a large lounge room as well as a family room with built in bar area. This too features plenty of storage and perfect for a mini "man cave".
Leading off the family room is the "spa room". Yes, a spa room of your very own. Although now drained and empty, I'm sure an expert service would have it up and running in no time. (As we haven't operated it nor had it tested, we can't guarantee its operation so as with all real estate, you'll need to have it checked out yourself).
The rear gardens, with quite a few luxurious palms and ample lawned area, would be just a perfect spot for the kids and pets to play. There's a large garage/workshop, carport and plenty of space for all the toys and tools.
There appears to be reverse cycle ducted air conditioning and a split system air conditioner in the lounge room. (As with the spa, we can't say whether they're working perfectly and again, you'll need to have them checked out.)
In all, what is on offer is a once, fine, family home that with just a little bit of work and some water on the gardens, would be once again, a home to be proud of.
It's time to turn this house into your home.
The property is being sold by way of public auction which is being held on the property on Friday 6th March at 12 noon. As stated in the heading, it's a mortgagee sale and the end goal of the mortgagee in possession is to secure a sale.
If the thought of bidding at an auction concerns you, please come and see me at the open inspections for a chat, I'll be more than happy to help you out and guide you through the entire process as I really don't want you to let this opportunity slip through your fingers. Generally, the settlement period and deposit have some flexibility so talk to me.
If you're thinking of selling, scroll down this page a little further, click on my photo and have a read. You'll get a pretty good understanding of who I am and how I operate.
If you like what you read, send me a message and I'll be in touch as soon as I can.
