Downstairs comprises 3 bedrooms, two way bathroom and laundry area. Outside consists of a fully enclosed rear yard with side street access to garage.

Upstairs consists of a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a vanity with a separate toilet. There is also a small front balcony with outdoor furniture so you can sit and enjoy the ocean views.
Your pet may join you for your holiday too. (outside only please)

NIGHTLY RATE - $350 per night
Christmas/New Year Holidays (7 night Minimum Stay)
Designated Long Weekends (3 night Minimum Stay)
Easter (4 night Minimum Stay)

OFF PEAK-$300 per night
All other times of year (2 night Minimum Booking)

$500 Departure Guarantee which will be held until inspection following departure
$120 Cleaning Fee
$40 Booking Administration Fee
