Bedroom 3. 1 x Queen bed, ensuite bathroom, includes stand-alone bath.
Bedroom 4. 1 King bed with ensuite and walk-in-dressing room.
Bedroom 5 downstairs 2 x King Single beds with own separate bathroom, shower and toilet.

There is one Split System Air Cond unit in the main living area

All long weekends are a minimum 3 night stay, all public holidays are charged at the Weekend Tariff and Easter is a minimum 4 night stay
