With the benefit of a varied background in customer service and administration management, Michelle entered Real Estate in Brisbane 10 years ago.
Working in a large franchise office, Michelle gained extensive experience in contract management, residential sales, property management, training and mentoring staff, and office management.
The last 5 years have seen Michelle working with an independent Property Management Agency as a Growth Manager for two offices servicing Brisbane’s Northern and Southern corridor’s, developing a deep understanding of the rental market, investment trends and most of all how to assist investors to achieve above expected returns on their investments through proven strategies.
Michelle has made the bold move to step out on her own. Having identified a gap in the property management industry, where you, the investor, can often be left questioning what is happening, am I making money, does the agency even care.
