Water lovers will enjoy the close proximity of this property to Goolwa Beach, just a quick 5 minute walk and you're there. Not only is the beach on the doorstep but also the famous 'Encounter Bikeway' - used by cyclists, walkers and runners alike and suitable for wheelchairs and pushers, South Lakes Golf Club is close and welcomes visitors and the popular Bombora Café is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and the occasional ice cream. At the end of the day relax on the deck with a BBQ and listen to the sounds of the surf.
This property offers comfortable accommodation for singles, couples, families, extended families and small groups. Spacious open plan living / dining with R/C air conditioning, Digital TV with Netflix and free wifi is available. 2 of the 3 bedrooms have digital TV and a DVD player is available in the master bedroom. There is a simple but practical kitchen with microwave, 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, 2 toilets plus an outdoor shower. There is a large deck at the back of the house with an outdoor setting and BBQ. The backyard is enclosed and pet friendly and parking is available for 2 to 3 cars with room for a boat.
Sleeps 7 guests. 3 bedrooms, master bedroom under main roof with 2 bedrooms and bathroom in a separate adjoining annex. Queen Bed x 1, Double Bed x 1, Bunk beds x 1 with double bed on bottom and single bed on top.
