It also includes a enclosed back yard which has outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ and a clothes line. 2 carports and off street parking are also available.

This property is a pet friendly home. If you intend to bring the family dog with you, please ensure your pet is kept in the enclosed back yard at all times and all doggy surprises are removed before leaving the property.

Christmas/New Year Holidays (7 night Minimum Stay)
Easter (4 night Minimum Stay)
Designated Long Weekends (3 night Minimum Stay)

OFF PEAK - $120 per night
All other times of year (2 night Minimum Booking)

$500 Departure Guarantee which will be held until inspection following departure
$120 Cleaning Fee
$60 Booking Administration Fee

Seasonal tariffs are subject to change and will be confirmed at time of booking along with the Departure Guarantee (refundable bond) and cleaning fee. COSTING CALCULATION: Rate x no. of nights or weekly rate for **7 night stays where applicable + $60 admin + cleaning = total price.
