Originally a dairy this lovely comfortable farmhouse has been lovingly brought back to life and offers a fantastic farm stay set in a glorious location only 8 minutes from Goolwa's main street. Lovingly built about 80 years ago by the farmer's family the 1,000 acre property is now used for cattle, sheep and crops and is boarded by currency creek which flows with crystal clear water from the spring all year round. Take wondrous hikes and enjoy beautiful views of the inlets and creeks to the lower lakes, relax and enjoy the rural peace and tranquility and the children will love the cattle and sheep in the neighbouring paddocks.

The home comprises a formal lounge with combustion heater with wood supplied, ceiling fan, TV and DVD, separate dining room, well appointed electric kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a children's play room with TV.

Sleeping accommodation is for 10 guests Queen x 1, Double x 1, Bunk x 2, Single x 2 ( these can be connected to create a King x 1 ) and for your total comport all bed, bath and kitchen linen is included. Sorry no smoking but pet friendly.

Additional features include beautiful polished timbers and ceiling fans throughout, roller shutters, external flood lighting, BBQ, outdoor furniture ample off street parking. The home operates on rainwater and is not connected to mains supply.
