Nicole’s Role

Nicole Dwyer is a highly experienced, fully Licensed Estate Agent with an exceptional record of proven results in the Port Fairy and district marketplaces during the last decade. As an accomplished marketer, Nicole has achieved excellent prices across the spectrum of property types and budget levels with particular success in attaining record prices for exclusive top-end properties on the East Beach and Moyne River.

She takes pride in delivering a unique individual marketing schedule for each property listed, by tailoring a comprehensive range of methods that target and maximise the number of interested buyers.

Nicole is also a Life Member of the Hampden Football Netball League, Port Fairy Football Netball Club and a volunteer Life Saver at Port Fairy Surf Lifesaving Club. She has also been involved in volunteer work in the local school Active After Schools Program and the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games.

When not in the office, Nicole’s infectious energy and enthusiasm can also be linked to her active involvement in a range of sports at a high level.
