Warwick has over 20 years experience in a broad range of property disciplines. He is a licenced real estate agent and a qualified property valuer. His sales career commenced at AVJennings in the early 1990's before moving to Defence Housing Australia (DHA) where he was involved in the establishment of the hugely successful Sale & Leaseback investment program.

Warwick is an active property investor himself who enjoys analysing local market sales data and communicating his insights in a straight forward and interesting way to the local community. Having lived on the Central Coast all his adult life he has a wealth of local knowledge and a wide network of contacts to ease the transition to a new home.
