Most recently a family home with young children, the property has two porta cots and a pram and a stroller available for guest use. And, of course, like all Pet Let properties, your dogs and other furry family members are welcome! There is a fully fenced area around the main house so it is completely secure for dogs and young children!

The house is double brick, tiled roof on a concrete slab, with three bedrooms. The bathroom and kitchen have been fully renovated as have the laundry and toilet. The open plan kitchen/living/dining area has cathedral ceilings and floating floors are in all rooms. Sliding doors give easy access to the front and rear decks with beautiful views over the dam and surrounding farmland. Heating is via a combustion heater with plenty of firewood available on the property. There is a large separate family/games room with panoramic views that comes with a large billiard table.
