This brilliant holiday home is just one house back from Middleton beach, with great views from upstairs rumpus room and big deck, and some views in the downstairs living area. Your kids (little and big!) will not want to go home! This house is a kids holiday paradise:

walk 100M to the fabulous surf and sand of Middleton beach
play air hockey (yes - full size, real air hockey) on the rumpus room table
flip the table over and its a pool table!
play back yard cricket on the huge expanse of lawn
hang out in the cubby house
play on the Wii console in the rumpus room
watch a myriad of DVDs upstairs
go for a boogie board (boards supplied)
or perhaps one of the cupboard full of board games will take your fancy!

None of these activities take place downstairs, where the adults can enjoy the spacious dining area, or separate lounge room with some ocean views, or the reading chairs looking out to the garden. Kids upstairs. Adults downstairs (the only exception being the big rear deck which is the perfect place to eat, drink and be merry!). The perfect holiday for the whole family!

The house has three bedrooms, 1 bathroom (with shower and bath) plus a separate toilet. The bed configuration is:

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed (with built in robe)
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x Single beds

Quality sheridan linen is provided for all beds (BYO Towels) and the beds are made up so you can start your holiday the minute you arrive.

The kitchen is relatively small, but the views from the sink are fabulous! For cooking, there is a microwave, oven and cook top and a Weber Gas BBQ upstairs on the front deck.

A bottle of wine and chocolate welcomes you to this property on arrival.
