Having lived in the Applecross area for over twenty years is a definite advantage.”

Armed with the unique selling proposition, Colleen then concentrates on individually marketing each property.

“Rather than simply putting up a sign and placing an ad in the paper, I use different methods of promoting each property to targeted clients. I have also developed an effective database of past and new clients and use email and phone contact to inform them of a property coming onto the market which may well suit their needs.”

Eighty five percent of Colleen's business is by referral from more than happy clients who have found her calm, knowledgeable approach just works.

Practising yoga and meditation help her run her successful real estate career while being mum and taxi driver to her two young daughters ferrying them to and from sporting activities and also serving on the school P and C.
