The 2 storey home is well set up. Downstairs comprises a well equipped kitchen, dining / living room with TV, R/C air conditioning and combustion heater, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and fabulous covered outdoor entertaining area and deck . The back garden opens onto the conservation reserve where kangaroos are often seen grazing.

Upstairs is the lovely open and airy lounge that opens onto the front balcony to enjoy the sea breezes, separate dining overlooking the garden and rural back drop and kitchen with dishwasher. Lofty ceilings and large windows are designed to bring the glorious outdoors inside and the protected covered balcony with comfy lounges and BBQ looks over the reserve and Encounter Bike way a great spot to entertain friends or family. There is also the master bedroom, full bathroom and separate toilet.

The separate large studio comprises a living / games room with TV and billiard table, fridge, separate bedroom, bathroom with toilet.

PEAK DECEMBER JANUARY - $2,500.00 per week
EASTER $2,500 per week or $1,750 per 4 nights Thursday to Monday
ALL OTHER SA SCHOOL HOLIDAYS - $1,300.00 per week
OFF PEAK - $1,000.00 per week

NIGHTLY (minimum 2 ) $260.00 per night
LONG WEEKEND ( minimum 3 ) $260 per night

REFUNDABLE BOND - $500.00
CLEANING CHARGE - $150.00
