Main bedroom with a queen size bed, ceiling fan and built in robe Second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fans and wardrobe. The third bedroom caters for two guests in single beds, ceiling fan, no wardrobe

The light and airy open plan living, kitchen and dining has a wood heater and also a reverse cycle as well as dining table for 6, seating in lounge and TV of course. The kitchen is fully equipped ready to cook up a storm. The timber look lino flooring allows for pets inside (please note we prefer pets be kept out of bedrooms) and gives the cottage a fresh modern feel.

Bathroom is accessible via laundry, guests have full laundry facilities, including washing machine, drier (outside) and laundry trough. Bathroom includes shower and toilet, with vanity and mirror in the laundry.

Outside, a huge fully fenced yard awaits. There is an outdoor dining table and well as fire pit with seating around. Guests have access to a lock up bicycle shed and also undercover car port. Wood for wood heater is supplied, guests will be provided with a key throughout winter.
