With 3 separate sleeping areas within the property this special property can as comfortably accommodate a family group of 12, as a more intimate group of 8. Within the main house, the master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite and adjoining sitting room Bedroom 2: can be simply 1 king bed; or 1 king and 1 or 2 singles or even 4 singles! Bedroom 3: 1 king only, or 1 king and 1 single; or 3 singles. There is a seperate studio within the property only a short stroll from the main house which has a 1 queen bed and 3 king singles and its own living area. The dining area easily accommodates 13. There are several outdoor living areas - one covered barbecue area overlooking the pool so that the adults can enjoy life while they watch the kids play, and another on the northern side of the house overlooking the beautiful ornamental dam and golf course. With our luxury fitout every aspect of your stay at Braeside has been catered for. We have all modern inclusions such as ducted air conditioning throughout and woodfire in the living area; stereo and television with dvd/vhs along with a great selection of movies and music to match. Our kitchen has been fitted out with no expense spared - quality gas oven and hotplates; as of course includes a dishwasher to make life easy. The spacious kitchen area, and dining area that easily accommodates 13 there is plenty of space for that special celebration or intimate dinner. Braeside can also organise in-house catering if you really want to spoil yourself over the weekend. With stands of tall timbers with age old mossy rocks beneath, leisurely walks to enjoy the majestic views around you, make it your own escape and wallow in the luxury, convenience and spectacle that is Braeside!
