John and Rosemary have been involved in the Management Rights industry for over 10 years. They first started out as owner managers of the Sandrift Beachfront Apartments on the Gold Cost. They managed this complex for close to 5 years. From 2005 to current both John and Rosemary have worked as relief managers at various complexes from Brisbane to the Gold Coast. John currenlty holds a Restricted Letting Agents license while Rosemary holds a full Real Estate License.
