This house is located in beautiful Encounter Bay, near the Bluff. The house is approx 12 years old and the bathroom has just been redone. There are sea views from the front two bedrooms, living area and front deck. There is an enclosed deck at the rear of the property which is wonderful for humans and animals (especially cats). The property is at the end of a cal der sack and right next to a reserve - so it is safe, quiet and peaceful.

The property can comfortably accommodate two couples as it has three bedrooms (2 x queen beds, 2 x singles with linen supplied for all beds), bathroom, laundry (with washing machine and dryer), and separate toilet. It has an open plan kitchen and living room with a big reverse cycle aircond which cools/heats the whole house easily.

The property is fully furnished in a casual, contemporary style. It has a 42-inch HD LCD flat screen TV, DVD and stereo. Books, games and CDs are provided. The solid timber dining table is set up to seat 6 but, if you are entertaining, it can be extended to seat at least 8.

The front deck has an outdoor setting to relax and enjoy the sea views and views to the bluff. The back deck has a hooded gas BBQ and second outdoor setting.

Your dogs will love the fully enclosed back yard. About 100m away is Jagger Lake with its abundant birdlife, and then a further 8 minutes walk to the Encounter Bay beach.

Victor Harbor is a 6 minute drive away. The fabulous Beach House cafe on franklin parade is just a few minutes down the hill (their wood oven pizza is sensational!). Wild, rocky and secluded Kings Beach is just a few minutes drive away via Jagger Road and Kings beach Road. This is a wonderful place for a walk.
