You will love your holiday at this bright and breezy pet friendly property at Goolwa South. It is a costal retreat with a tropical vibe and can accommodate up to 7 people in comfort.

Enter the retreat via an intriguing timber path to the stunning outdoor entertaining area with water feature that creates a peaceful ambience.Stunning timber bifold doors open into the informal living incorporating dining (extendable table can seat up to 10), and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. Adjoining is a lounge room (with big screen HDTV) that leads to a second covered deck. The front deck has a big timber table that easily seats 8 people. The rear deck has another timber table that seats four.

There are so many separate "hang out" spaces in this house - that each person can have their own! Front deck (x 3 spaces - including the big table), back deck, day bed, red chair with foot stool, lounge room (with big leather lounge), rumpus room (with pool table, couch and TV for games/DVDs) and a bench under the back yard trees (filled with many different birds all day!). There are also two outdoor bean bags that can go anywhere in the house to turn your favourite spot into a chill out space.

Each bedroom is beautifully presented and includes built in robes. The main bedroom has a QS bed with pillowtop mattress and sliding doors to a gorgeous morning coffee nook. It also has a built in TV. The second bedroom has a QS bed with pillow top mattress and look sour to the water feature. The third bedroom has a double/single bunk for maximum flexibility!

The property has split system air conditioning, timber floors throughout the living areas and quality blinds.

External features include rear outdoor living with gas BBQ (with wok burner), outdoor shower, outdoor fishing sink, lush low maintenance gardens (with automatic sprinkler) and spacious games room (with pool table, games/DVD TV).

The Goolwa golf course is located at the end of the street. It is a just a 4 minute walk to the river and the Aquacaf. The magnificent Goolwa beach (and Bombora Cafe) is a 15 minute walk away.
