Easter: $1,130 weekly, Minimum days 7.
Mid Holidays: $830 weekly, Minimum days 2.

* Please note there is a $500 refundable bond added to the total to cover any damages or breakages at the property (if any). This will be refunded to you after we have inspected the property when you have departed.
* A $30 Tenant booking fee will be added to each of the figures above.
