Initially commencing her real estate career as a property officer, Georgia was quickly promoted to property manager and later held a senior industry position managing a large portfolio of City apartments and supervising staff. Since joining Feldi Property Agents she has demonstrated an outstanding knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to property management, stringently following up any arrears and demanding the highest duty of care from tenants. The unusually high standard of her work including reporting, accounting and level of communication make her a rare and exceptional employee.

Educated at The Scots College (Class of 1974) and following an early career as a fine wine merchant in Paddington and Canberra, Andrew’s keen interest in real estate led him to commence selling apartments in the City in 1986.

In 1992, after gaining commercial skills and experience with the international agency Baillieu Knight Frank, Andrew decided to open a boutique real estate business in the CBD specialising in the City residential market which was in its infancy. Initially known as ‘Citilink’ the business rapidly expanded under Andrew’s direction more recently developing into the thriving City residential real estate agency known as First National Circular Quay.

Many of Andrew’s earliest real estate clients remain with him today and follow his career with interest. His depth of knowledge of the City apartment market now spans 23 years and as such he is able to offer both vendors & purchasers advice and guidance that few agents can rival in the niche CBD apartment market.
