Principal Chris Charalambous, who heads up the R&W property management team was already impressive at the age of 18. Not long out of school, he took the initiative to establish a property management arm of the real estate agency he worked for and started the rent roll from scratch. That rent roll now has more than 500 properties on it and continues to grow under his leadership.

Charalambous, who is bi-lingual, prides himself on providing an exemplary level of service and hand-on initiative for his clients. Thirteen years in the business has not dulled Chris’s appetite for pleasing clients and learning more about the real estate market. ‘The property market is a moving feast. Amy Schack who has won multiple awards during her ten-year real estate career, including accolades for Outstanding Customer Service and Outstanding Sales Assistant, plays a busy role in Coogee’s boutique beachside office.

Since starting in real estate as a receptionist, Amy has completed her certificate III and IV with a diploma in real estate and has worked her way up into sales and office management. Along with listing and selling properties she is responsible for administration, auctions, exchange, settlement and client management. Amy says:

Amy followed her passion and went straight into real estate after high school, working her way up from reception to a successful sales role. Eastern Suburbs born and bred, she has a strong affiliation with the local area and an intimate market knowledge.
