Lynne Hayden is the driving force behind LINKS Property – the mover and shaker who founded the business and continues to shape its future direction.
Lynne is a multitasker, an avid net-worker and a savvy business-lady who knows how to shake things up and make things happen. She grew up in a family of doers then married into strong real estate lineage. It was natural for her to carve a career and an enterprise selling and managing property in her favourite corner of the world.
Lynne is a champion of the coastal lifestyle and lives and breathes the Surf Coast sensibility with her young family. Health and well-being rank high on her priority list, and her other interests always trend back toward property. You’ll find her relaxing while flipping through design magazines, checking out the latest property developments in the region or discussing architecture trends with her property-builder husband.
A licensed agent (together with a B.Bus Public Relations and Ass Dip in IT) with 15 years in the industry, Lynne understands the value of coastal property and rates Torquay and Jan Juc as a strategic lifestyle investment locations.
Lynne’s favourite aspect of work (which she doesn’t really consider work) is being part of the rich emotional journey people embark on when they buy or sell a property. “Nothing beats the thrill of having an overjoyed vendor and a blissful buyer. It’s magical.”
