Michele's success is shown by the number of Blue Chip contracts she won which included Westpac Banking Corporation, Channel 7, Boral Group of Companies, News Limited and IBM to name a few. These are a true testament to her ability to listen to customers, tailor a solution and provide a win-win situation for all parties as many of these contracts are still in place today. Michele was head hunted by IBM when she competed against them to win a major contract with Suncorp here in Queensland. It was this work that eventually led to one of Michele's career highlights - being involved in the Sydney Olympics in 2000.
