David Williams has lived on the Northern Beaches for over 20 years, and has been involved in real estate in the area and, as such, knows the market intimately. David has had extensive experience in sales both residential and commercial and residential development, after becoming involved in the industry because of a love of the local area.

With both clients and team members, he is known to always be friendly, accessible and approachable. David displays many valuable qualities, including Integrity, promptness, and a genuine concern for clients needs. And his philosophy is to do things properly the first time.

As Team Leader of the sales division, David both oversees the sales consultants and is hands on when selling properties. His aim is to have a successful team operating in a successful business, and takes the long term view that by looking after your people, they will do the right thing and the business will look after you.

David is motivated by helping people make the right choice in selling their property, and a key driver is his outlook that property makes people independent and financially secure. The results are evident: David is now selling some properties for the third and fourth time.

He is passionate about what he does and always approaches his work with a positive and professional attitude. David combines this with strong ethics and extensive market knowledge.
