Arlia - a marvellous modern, double storey, near new holiday home situated in New Ocean Grove with views of the ocean beyond, you'll see them from your easy chair on the balcony! It's a very short drive to the ocean surf beach or the river estuary at Barwon heads and a little further to Queenscliff, Pt. Lonsdale, Geelong, Torquay, and Portarlington olive groves and wineries. 1 hour drive to Lorne via the Great Ocean Road.
Arlia has 3 bedrooms, and generous living areas allowing for plenty of easy socialising with your friends or family. The main bedroom has queen bed, 2nd bedroom has double bed, and 3rd bedroom has two sets of bunks. Located close to the bedrooms is a full bathroom with toilet. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably. The large living areas at Arlia provide good living space for two families with a tiled kitchen leading to a spacious, carpeted lounge and dining area with warm toned and comfortable, modern furniture. Arlia has a tv and dvd and stereo. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, ample pots, crockery, cutlery, glasses, gas stove and oven if you feel inclined to a little entertaining. Gas heating and electric fans for cooling. The laundry has washing machine and dryer.

Outdoors there is a gas bbq and entertaining area with seating for 6 people. Your dog is welcome here but secured on a lead. This is a great house for family holiday breaks, or short week-end stays.
