Mulgoa House is a modern cottage in the new Barwon Heads estate, close to the river and Koala Sanctuary. Plenty of nature walks, bike riding on the flat trails or river activities to do around here. Or take a very short drive with your canoe or surfing gear to the river mouth or the ocean. You are situated in an easy location to get to Torquay or the Bell's Beach region and short drive to the other towns on the Bellarine Peninsula such as historic Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale.

Mulgoa House is a charming well appointed holiday home with 3 bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen bed and built-in robe, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and built-in robe, 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds and can convert to a double bed. They are all tastefully appointed with wonderful hues and comfortable furnishings. This is wonderful accommodation for 6 people.

For your comfort there is reverse cycle heating and air conditioning and fans in bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for the culinary inclined with a good range of cutlery, cooking utensils, crockery, a dishwasher and microwave oven and other gas appliances. For your entertainment there is a flatscreen LCD TV, DVD and radio. A very practical, single level dining and entertaining area flows to the outdoor deck with a gas BBQ, elegant outdoor seating for 8 undercover, plus fenced yard in a very private setting with well established shrubs and vines. The bathroom is well appointed with bath, shower and vanity. There is a washing machine and troughs in the laundry.
